Phakisa holdings are looking for Shop Assistant in the Middelburg area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions, as well as certain stock-related transactions.
- Counter sales – Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Health and safety.
- Receiving, processing and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
- Warehouse – Stock receiving – Dispatching – Picking of stock – Stock takes.
- Colour matching
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Grade 12
- Valid drivers license
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy – Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills.
Package & Remuneration: R10k – R12k P/M
