Job Description
SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team at Brisbane Central (Brisbane City, Hendra, Geebung and Banyo).
This is a Full Time role, meaning you will be working 38 hours per week on a 4-week rotating roster.
As a Customer Experience Agent and Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Selling additional over the counter rental products
- Managing reservations and organising fleet
- Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
- Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
- Delivering vehicles between sites
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
- Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
- Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
