The Role
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is customer focused, competent in using Microsoft office and Outlook and is able to multi task. The role provides general administration support for the venue.
The ideal applicant will have a bubbly friendly manner and experience in the hospitality industry. You will enjoy working with people, possess a professional phone manner and be detail orientated.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Entering, confirming and managing bookings for the restaurant
- Client correspondence and accurately recording client details
- Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation and banking
- Ordering of office supplies
- General reception and administration support to all departments and other duties as required
- Invoice data entry
