As a Service Receptionist at Melville Hyundai, you will be the first point of contact for our service department, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain an organised appointment calendar.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
